We had to have some electrical work done by having can lights put in place in several rooms. William (Will and his associate) were very thorough and understanding for all our needs. I would however recommend that they have a QR Code card with the business as this makes for better business when they can slide the card under the smart cell phone and then the client/customer can write what there experience was like . Makes for better business.

I've dealt with Mister Sparky twice and I must admit, they have wonderful, professional and most importantly, honest professionals working for the company. John Souza was my electrician today and he is an amazing individual! His customer service skills are fantastic! His knowledge and professionalism is on par as well. Thank you for your efficiency and wonderful employees!

We were in need of an electrician and a reliable one. Mr. Sparky (Kevin Samuels - Technician) was the guy. I called them as we were cancelled by "the other guys" as they could not manage their time with an appointment set days in advance. Mr. Sparky to the rescue, took my call at 6:30pm at night and booked it for the next morning. That morning we met the amazing Kevin Samuels. He conducted an electrical inspection that we needed, was detailed and thoughtful. Everything from the time to explain everything to wearing the red booties to cover his shoes when in the house. I am so happy that they were the ones to take care of what we needed. We did not feel pressured - however related the services of what we need to their offerings. Kevin, informational, thoughtful, even my dog Leia loved having him in the house. Kevin, thank you for all you did for us. Your service will keep us with Mr. Sparky for any of our electrical needs.

The electrician Jonathan Souza of Mr. Sparky rewired lights for my back patio and did an excellent job. Jonathan Souza Is accomplished and has excellent electrical judgement. He is very friendly and always ensures that his work is done per the National Electric Code and done to the satisfaction of the homeowner. He has corrected mistakes done by other contractors to completion. This is the second time I have requested Johnathan to work electrical jobs at my house and I will continue to request him for future work.

Eduardo with Mr Sparky was awesome! Arrived early & was extreme knowledgeable. He did a throughout investigation prior to giving us a quote. Quote was very fair! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing electrical work .

I am the new homeowner of a 20 year old house which needed an electrical checkup. Noah was great to work with! I shared my concerns and potential project and he listened. His review of the property revealed additional items to be corrected and updated. He showed me the areas and explained the service. We developed a "to do" list which he promptly started worked on and explained as he went. Noah arrived on time his work was neat and he cleaned up as he went. Noah is professional and very polite and I will rely on Mr. Sparky in the future.

Jamal and Irvin came to replace all the electrical sockets and switches in my house. They replaced all the backstabbing installed devices with new hardware and wired them correctly. Both electricians were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. AND they cleaned up everything completely before they left. I am very satisfied with the job they did.
